Fun riding in the car

Zack and I have spent a lot of time together this school year and a lot of it is in the car. Two days a week, my commute is about an hour and a half each way. Zack loves to point out EVERY blue or green car he sees. It is also a must that you acknowledge all of his findings. He also yells out, "AVA'S SCHOOL BUS!" every time he sees a big yellow bus, despite the fact that Ava doesn't ride a bus and her school could be an hour away at the time of his discovery.

My sleepy cowboy :)

Zack has also become quite the backseat driver. He notifies me of every change in color at every intersection. My favorite is when I make a u-turn because Zack then tells me very emphatically that I am going the wrong way. He also likes to read the speed limit signs but reads them out as 5! 0! instead of 50! It's pretty cute. And hey...at least he knows his numbers!

The other day, we drove past a bright blue Mini Cooper. Of course, Zack yelled out "Blue Car!" and then said, "That is a tiny car. That car is for babies." This boy can always make me laugh!
